ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 1. Anyone from Black communities can register.
  1. 2. The candidate must Be a resident of Quebec during the census period, for the project submitted in the nomination.
  1. 3. The projects submitted must have been marketed (strategy put in place to promote and promote projects or achievements) or have had significant influence.

It is possible to submit one form per category, up to a maximum of three (3) categories per candidate.

Additional forms will not be considered.

An application may be submitted by the applicant or by an authorized third party.

Incomplete or unauthorized applications will not be considered. An email confirming receipt of the application will be sent to the address to be contacted when the form is submitted.
